Episode 072: Thursday Reflections

In today’s episode, I review episode 71 from this past Monday where our guest, Courtney McCarthy, shared two pieces of advice:

  1. Try to separate out the ideas of wellness and weight loss.
  2. Begin to notice what you consume and how it feels in your body (yes, food but also non-food stuff).
