We’re definitely in the midst of uncertain times.
You know, though, I would say we always are. Only right now it’s a little bit more obvious.
And I think it’s a good time to go inside and figure out what your anchor is. What do you carry, what do you hold on to tightly when the whirlwind of life whisks you away?
If you would like to know what my anchor is, please check out my free e-book. I wrote it back in the fall of 2019 so I could share some of the things I’ve learned through treatment and recovery from a 20-year-long eating disorder.
I thought it was important to share some of the struggles that I went through in treatment and recovery, as well as some of the things I have discovered, because I really hope that others can feel less shame about struggling with recovery and can be more accepting of their own personal experiences through it.
I thought now, during this obviously uncertain time, would be a good time to release it.
I’d love to know what you think! 🙂
I love and support the work of the following two organizations and would be grateful if you would consider making a donation to either one in lieu of the cost of this book.
