My name is Kristen Elliott. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher. I share yoga and mindfulness practices to help you discover your true self.
I have personal experience with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, as well as low self-esteem. Because of this, I often work with others who share similar experiences because I can relate. I love sharing yoga and mindfulness with others because they are practices that have been so beneficial for me.
I would be happy to help you explore your own self in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
