My name is Kristen Elliott. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher and I share yoga and mindfulness practices to help you discover your true self.
My personal experiences include depression, anxiety, and an eating disorder. I love sharing yoga and mindfulness with others because they are practices that have been so beneficial for me.
